The world is the ultimate classroom. The PHS Explorers program extends learning beyond our campus walls, offering students life-changing international travel experiences that bring global history, culture, and leadership to life. Each summer, our students step into living history, immersing themselves in local traditions, exploring world-renowned landmarks, and developing the global perspective needed to thrive in an interconnected world.
Traveler Eligibility & Standards
International travel represents Pearland High School on a global stage. To participate, students must meet the following criteria at the time of application and remain in good standing through departure:

Grade Level: Open to current Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors (students must be enrolled at PHS during the travel year; graduating seniors in the current year's class are not eligible).

Academics: Must maintain passing grades and solid academic standing across all coursework.

Attendance: Strong attendance record with minimal unexcused absences.

Conduct: Exemplary citizenship with no major discipline infractions or administrative referrals.
Parent Information Meeting
Interested in joining our upcoming international expedition? We host our annual Parent & Student Information Meeting on the same evening as Meet the Teacher Night, starting one hour before Meet the Teacher kicks off.
Join us in the Bullard Cafeteria to walk through the itinerary, review safety protocols, and learn about flexible payment plans and enrollment details before touring your student's classrooms.
