Pearland High School Prom 2026, Sands of T ime: A Sunset Oasis, will be an unforgettable evening of elegance, music, and memories. We look forward to celebrating this special night with our seniors. Prom 2026 will be held on April 18th at Galveston Island Convention Center. We encourage families to review the information below to ensure students are able to participate in this special evening.

Please ensure that all fines and fees are paid by March 2nd. Students must have all fines and fees cleared in order to generate a prom code and purchase a prom ticket when we return from Spring Break on March 16th. For students who do not meet these requirements by March 2nd, internal reports will be run on Tuesdays and Thursdays to generate prom codes for those who have since met all requirements. Please note that the last day to purchase a prom ticket is April 15th.

  • Tickets: $75 per student - March 16th thru March 31st
  • Tickets $100 per student - April 1st thru April 15th

Guest forms will be available beginning this Wednesday, February 4th. Students may pick up a form in the Admin Suite or print one using the link below:

Important reminders when completing the guest form:

  • The form must be fully completed as required
  • A parent or emergency contact must be listed in Part B
  • A copy of the guest’s driver’s license or current student ID must be attached
  • Guests from other high schools must have approval from their school principal

Please note:

  • The last day to submit guest forms is April 13th
  • If a student is bringing a PHS underclassman as their guest, the underclassman must also be in good standing with administration in order to be approved

Asunto: Información sobre Multas, Cargos y Formularios de Invitados – Prom de PHS 2026

Estimados estudiantes de último año y padres de familia,

El Prom de Pearland High School de 2026, “Sands of Time: A Sunset Oasis,” será una noche inolvidable llena de elegancia, música y recuerdos. Esperamos con entusiasmo celebrar esta ocasión tan especial con nuestros estudiantes de último año. El Prom 2026 se llevará a cabo el 18 de abril en el Galveston Island Convention Center. Les pedimos a las familias que revisen la siguiente información para asegurarse de que los estudiantes puedan participar en este evento tan especial.

Por favor asegúrense de que todas las multas y cargos estén pagados antes del 2 de marzo. Los estudiantes deben tener todas las multas y cargos saldados para poder generar un código de prom y comprar su boleto cuando regresemos de las vacaciones de primavera el 16 de marzo. Para los estudiantes que no cumplan con estos requisitos antes del 2 de marzo, se realizarán reportes internos los martes y jueves para generar códigos de prom para aquellos que hayan cumplido con los requisitos posteriormente. Tengan en cuenta que el último día para comprar un boleto para el prom es el 15 de abril.

Los formularios para invitados estarán disponibles a partir de este miércoles, 4 de febrero. Los estudiantes pueden recoger un formulario en la Oficina Administrativa o imprimirlo utilizando el siguiente enlace:

Recordatorios importantes al completar el formulario de invitado:

·         El formulario debe estar completamente lleno según los requisitos

·         Se debe incluir un padre o contacto de emergencia en la Parte B

·         Se debe adjuntar una copia de la licencia de conducir del invitado o una identificación estudiantil vigente

·         Los invitados de otras escuelas secundarias deben contar con la aprobación del director de su escuela

Favor de tomar en cuenta lo siguiente:

·         El último día para entregar los formularios de invitados es el 13 de abril

·         Si un estudiante lleva como invitado a un estudiante de PHS que sea de otro grado, dicho estudiante también debe estar en buen estado administrativo para que la solicitud sea aprobada

 Important Parking & Check-In Information

As we approach this exciting event, please review the following check-in details to ensure a smooth entry:

  • Entry Requirement: Students and guests must present their ticket for entry.
  • Photo ID: A valid state or school-issued photo ID is required for all attendees.
  • Parking: Parking garage entrances are off of 57th street and via the Hilton Galveston Island Resort parking lot (see below).
  • Main Entrance: Event entrance will be from the main entrance off of Seawall Blvd. (see below).
