Requesting a Transcript

• Students must request a transcript in writing using the form provided on the link below or the forms available in the Registrar's office. 
• Each request is $2.00.
• Transcripts requests will be processed within 1-2 weeks.
• If you are faxing the form, please submit an ID with the fax.
