PHS Class Officer Application  -

Oilers, it is that time to run for Class Officer! Below you will find eligibility requirements and information to complete in order to run for office:

- Candidate must be in the class for which they are seeking an office
- Overall G.P.A. of 2.50
- Must not have been assigned ISS more than once or have any assignment to ALA during the previous year
- Must not have ever been suspended from school
- All Fines and Fees must be paid in full, with a balance of "zero" owed to the campus
- Once in office, you are REQUIRED to become an active member of Student Council and are responsible for membership dues. Further, all members, including Class Officers, will be required to attend at least four Student Council meetings per semester, unless excused by the Student Council Advisors prior to the scheduled meeting to be considered an active member.

Below you will find information relating to campaigning:

- Your optional Flipgrid campaign video must be submitted to Mrs. Morris at by 2:40 p.m. Friday, April 5th.
- A Committee will review and approve videos. 
- Once approved, videos will be posted on the school website.
- Videos should be NO LONGER than 1 minute and should include information on who you are, the position you are running for, and why you should be elected as a class officer.

The deadline to submit your on-line application for Class Officer is Tuesday, March 26th by 2:40pm. Voting will take place electronically Monday, April 15th from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Students will be notified by Skyward e-mail with status of class officer application Friday, March 29th.
